I ordered the wrong size—can I exchange it?

We understand that finding the right size can be tough when ordering online. While all of our apparel is made to order, we’ll do our best to help when sizing issues arise.

👕 Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Because each item is custom-made for you, we do not keep inventory on hand and cannot offer traditional size exchanges. However, if you’ve ordered the wrong size, we want to help.

We offer a one-time size replacement at a reduced cost, provided:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The original item is unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition
  • The item is not custom-personalized with names or unique tribute text

🔄 How to Request a Size Replacement:

  1. Go to our contact page
  2. Include your order number, the size you received, and the size you need
  3. We’ll respond with the next steps and a discount code for reordering in the correct size

💡 You may be responsible for return shipping and the cost of the replacement item (at a discounted rate). We cannot accept worn or washed apparel.
